Kristin Kucia is an educator, a writer, and a curriculum designer with over 20 years of experience teaching and coaching people with differentiated needs. She is the Co-Leader of the Talent/HR Coalition at the BRIC Foundation, an organization that forges career opportunities for women and underrepresented populations in the entertainment industry. She creates and manages internship and mentorship partnerships for diverse artists with the goal of fostering social responsibility and encouraging DEI initiatives in the workplace. Kristin is the mother of a young man with autism, and she is passionate about teaching, coaching, and empowering young adults on the spectrum towards employment opportunities. She published the memoir, "I am my son's first sightword: growing a child with autism" in 2014 and is currently working on her second book. Kristin sits on the Board of Directors at Foothill Autism Alliance.
